Verth End User License Agreement

Eligibility and Account Security

You may use Verth only if you are an adult who can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms. You are responsible for account security, password confidentiality, credential safety, and all activity under your account. You must not share access, impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use the service after your account has been restricted, suspended, or terminated.

Limited License

We grant you a limited license that is personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and solely for your lawful personal use of Verth. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, sell, rent, sublicense, interfere with, or misuse the app, service, design, code, data, or safety systems except where law expressly allows it.

User-Generated Content

You own your user-generated content, but you grant Verth the rights needed to host, store, display, distribute, moderate, remove, and operate that content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have rights to what you post and that your content is truthful, lawful, respectful, and consistent with this agreement and the Privacy Policy.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Verth has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Prohibited content and conduct include pornographic or sexual content, content involving a minor, disturbing or graphic content, gambling, drugs, political extremism or discriminatory targeting, discrimination, hate, harassment, bullying, threat, exploitation, illegal activity, spam, impersonation, fraud, privacy violations, and intellectual property violations.

You must not use anonymous or misleading accounts to harass people, send unwanted contact, evade a block, pressure others, scrape information, publish private information, or encourage harmful behavior. You must respect block, report, filter, and moderation outcomes and must not attempt to bypass safety tools.

Filtering, Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

The app may provide filter, report, and block tools. Reports may be reviewed by automated and human-supported moderation processes. We may remove content, restrict features, hide content, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve enforcement records, or take other action for repeat abuse, serious safety concerns, suspected fraud, or legal risk. Blocking a user may hide that user's Community content, profile content, comments, Chat list entries, and Chat detail content from your account.

Paid Features and App Store Purchases

Digital purchases use only Apple App Store in-app purchase. Before purchase, product information, coin amount, displayed price, and feature use are shown. Coins are consumable digital items with no cash value and no cash-out right. Billing, tax, purchase confirmation, and refund handling follow App Store rules. Consumable coins are generally not restored after use; unused purchase records may be refreshed where App Store rules and platform tools allow. There is no external payment for digital features.

Coins may be used for in-app digital features such as unlocking eligible Community records or sending paid Chat messages after free sends are used. Paid features do not guarantee a particular relationship, response, audience, outcome, sleep result, or availability of another user. We may change feature availability prospectively while respecting purchases already delivered as required by applicable law and App Store rules.

Privacy and Permissions

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, retained, and deleted. Camera, photo, and microphone permission choices are optional and tied to features you choose. You are responsible for content captured or uploaded through those permissions and for respecting the privacy and rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Verth, its software, design, visual systems, trademarks, service materials, and safety tools are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. You may not remove notices, misuse branding, or claim ownership of Verth materials.

Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Updates

The service is provided as available, without warranties to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that user-generated content will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our limitation of liability applies to claims related to use of the service, moderation actions, content availability, purchases, or user conduct. We may update the app and this agreement as features, safety needs, or legal requirements change.

Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using Verth at any time and may request in-app account deletion through settings. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate this agreement, create risk, evade enforcement, or misuse the service. After termination or deletion, we may delete account content or retain limited records when needed for legal obligation, billing records, refund review, fraud prevention, safety enforcement, dispute handling, or repeat-abuse prevention.
